Can you calibrate using CWT/BRITISH cables?

Yes, but if your tensiometer has not been charted before using CWT cables, you must notify us that you just want your tensiometer checked and charted using CWT cables. We also need to know what size CWT cables you want charted, [(3,5,10) (15,25) (35,45)] or [(5,10,15) (20,25) (35,45)]

Will you replace a broken tensiometer box?

We can replace the box and foam if required, but we will call you to get approval unless you give us approval in advance when you send in your tensiometer.

Will you replace cable tensiometer box foam that is worn out & falling apart?

Yes, but only with your approval.

How high can you test cable tension?

We can test up to 3000 Lbs. cable tension.

Do you have parts to repair a cable tensiometer?

We have parts for Tensitron, Pacific Scientific, Borroughs, Kent-Moore and some C-8 and C-9 tensiometers.

Can you program custom cable sizes for the Digital Tensitron cable tensiometer?

Yes, in most cases. Call us with specifics for definitive answers

I lost one of the cable risers. Can you replace it?

Yes, we have all risers in stock./p>

Can you rechart a cable tensiometer to higher or lower cable tension and different cable size?

Yes, we can adjust most tensiometers higher or lower, but it may require us to replace the tension spring with one that is rated for your requirements.
