Pressure and Air Data Calibration

Accurate Calibration for Pressure Instruments and Air Data Systems

The Tool Testing Lab provides precise calibration for pressure equipment ranging from full vacuum to 30,000 psi. Using dry nitrogen up to 6,000 psi and high-accuracy primary standards, our technicians deliver reliable, traceable results that meet the requirements of many demanding industries.

Our Air Data capabilities support ground maintenance and aviation operations, including calibration of RVSM-compliant equipment, altimeters, airspeed indicators, and vertical speed indicators.

Whether your tools monitor hydraulic pressure, aircraft systems, or industrial processes, TTL ensures accurate and consistent performance backed by documented uncertainty.

Why Pressure and Air Data Calibration Matters

Pressure and air data instruments directly impact safety, diagnostics, and system performance. Even slight measurement drift can cause incorrect adjustments, system faults, or inconsistent maintenance results.

TTL technicians calibrate pressure and air data equipment using reference standards with uncertainties near 0.003 percent of the reading. This level of precision ensures your equipment performs reliably, supports audit requirements, and maintains compliance.
