Overview
The Additel 273Ex brings touchscreen pressure calibration into hazardous areas. Certified Ex ia IIC T4 Ga, it works in potentially explosive gas environments such as oil and gas platforms, refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, and pharmaceutical facilities. Three pressure module inputs, one switchable ADT158Ex module at the base and two digital inputs on the side, let a technician configure the instrument to the job and cover a wide range with one handheld.
The built-in barometric sensor handles gauge and absolute measurement, and quick test tasks speed up routine checks. With optional HART support, the 273Ex measures pressure, reads a transmitter's mA or mV output, and supplies loop power during calibration, covering transmitter work with a single intrinsically safe device.
Available configurations. 26 pressure ranges. Process Connection: 1/4 BSP, 1/2 BSP, M20x1.5, 1/4 NPT, 1/2 NPT, 1/4 HP Female, 1/4 HP Male. HART Communication: Without HART, With HART.
