Overview
The Additel 710 removes the slowest step in gauge calibration: the human eyeball. A precision pressure manifold holds the gauge while the AI recognition system aligns the camera, reads the dial or digital display in real time, and taps the gauge automatically to settle the pointer before each reading. Paired with an Additel pressure controller and ACal software, the full test sequence runs hands-free, eliminating manual interpretation and reading error while raising throughput.
The adjustable lever arm connector supports radial, axial, and rear-mounted gauges, the recognition engine reads inner and outer scales on dual-range gauges, and quick-swap threaded connectors (NPT, BSP, Metric) keep changeover fast. Scanning a gauge's barcode or QR code pulls its asset data into ACal instantly, and the cascade feature runs up to ten units simultaneously for production-scale workloads. Built for metrology labs, calibration service providers, and instrument shops with high-volume, repetitive gauge calibration.
